Delicious and moist. I didn’t add the raisins. I had pecans so I broke some up and added those. I use half brown sugar/half white sugar and some cinnamon.

Have a question. What’s the ratio of replacing sugar with honey? Please and thank you!

Mashed bananas, 3 medium bananas = 1 to 1 1/3 cups. 3 large bananas = 1 1/2 to 1 2/3 cups. Thank you, I hope you will love all the recipes that you will try from my website ang cookbook!

Hi Rebecca, a dry banana bread is usually due to over-baking. It could also be due to an oven that is too hot (make sure you aren’t using convection oven settings since it’s written for conventional), and ensure you are using the correct proportions of liquid to dry ingredients without substitutions. The butter and banana ratios are important to ensure a moist banana bread.
