We never eat out either. It’s so very cold out. Just spent 100 dollars on king crab and enjoyed every bite. I make my own lemon chicken which is delicious as well. So much better making your own food.

It is very rare that I make a dinner the whole family will absolutely love, but even my pickiest kept asking for more!!

This recipe is a keeper! I’ve made it twice now and my husband enjoys it as much as I do. I served it over hearts of palm “pasta”, and sprinkled some capers over mine. Delish!!!

I’ve been making this for a couple of years now and it’s such a hit with my family. It’s our FAVORITE family meal. I always pair it with mashed potatoes and either roasted asparagus or roast broccoli. I usually make this for company as well, and it never fails to impress. It’s a bit time consuming to add to our weekly meal rotation as my family would like, but we make it once a month!

So good. We never eat out any longer so a good Lemon Chicken recipe is a must!
