Hello Mary! Yes, you can use more ricotta cheese to compensate, but remember that ricotta is smoother and creamier compared to cottage cheese so you might want to increase the ricotta slightly. Hope you enjoy it!

Once you scroll there, click on the print icon in that recipe card which will open a print screen, then you would need to click file —> print. I hope that helps!
