For those of you who are new to this site and are feeling a little overwhelmed, I thought I’d start a list of my absolute favorite recipes – those that I recommend you try first. And BTW, let me know what your favorites are!!
This list will probably change over time as I post more recipes and discover new favorites! First, I thought it only appropriate to add a random photo of my sisters and I enjoying the Fish Tacos from our Cookbook photoshoot.

I absolutely love love your recipes!! I use them daily. I think I have tried most of them and there is not one that wasn’t a hit!!! They are so user friendly which is amazing. I share them all the time on social media. You are by far my favourite chef. I do consider myself a good cook and have used our families authentic Italian recipes as well as my own creations but I was so excited to discover you and your amazing recipes. My family loves them!! I love your kitchen and your appliances as. ell! Dying to get that coffee machine you featured on your kitchen tour!! Thank you.

Hi, I’m looking for a good baked casserole recipe using elbow macaroni pasta, tomato or spaghetti sauce, hamburger and cheese. Any reference to another site’s specific would be fine too. There was postedrecipe called something like Mr. Macaronetti but I cannot find it. It included a can of yellow corn. Any help I shall appreciate!Thank you! David
